Natural gas transmission system Alliance Pipeline is to develop a pipeline and associated facilities in North Dakota, US.
The pipeline, which is expected to transport liquids-rich natural gas, will have an initial capacity of approximately 120,000Mcf per day.

Alliance has also entered a service agreement with Hess Corporation for the proposed 80 mile lateral pipeline.
The lateral pipeline will connect production from a Hess gas processing facility in North Dakota to the Alliance mainline near Sherwood in North Dakota for onward shipment to Chicago.
Subject to regulatory and other required approvals, the Tioga lateral project has a planned in-service date of July 2013.
