Eagle Ford Gathering has executed two long-term agreements with Petrohawk Energy and Rosetta Resources to provide transportation, processing and fractionation services in the Eagle Ford Shale play in South Texas, US.
Under the agreement with Petrohawk, Eagle Ford Gathering will offer services of up to 50,000 million thermal units of natural gas production per day from the Eagle Ford leases in LaSalle and McMullen Counties, Texas.

The agreement with Rosetta calls for services of the same production volume from leases in Webb and Dimmit counties, Texas. Both agreements will have a term of ten years.
“We are pleased to add Petrohawk and Rosetta to the growing number of producers who have selected Eagle Ford Gathering as a midstream provider,” said Jim Wade, president and CEO of Copano Energy, which owns a 50% interest in Eagle Ford Gathering.
