Shell has signed an agreement with Technip and Samsung consortium to design, construct and install floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facilities.

The consortium will facilitate the company with FLNG over 15 years, Shell said.

Under another deal, Samsung and Technip will carry out front-end engineering design (FEED) for Shell’s 3.5mtpa FLNG platform.
