The Danish Underground Consortium’s (DUC) oil output from Denmark’s section of the North Sea fell by almost 9% in October from September, operator AP Moller-Maersk said.
Oil and condensate output fell to 215,800bpd in October from 236,400bpd in September, according to Maersk.

Production was down from 227,600bpd in October last year, while oil and condensate production in the ten months to the end of October amounted to 70.7 million barrels.
DUC production of natural gas fell to 530 million cubic metres in October from 630 million cubic metres in September and from 590 million in October 2008, Maersk said.
DUC is responsible for most of the crude oil output from Denmark’s North Sea oil and gas fields. AP Moeller Maersk owns 39% of DUC.
