The complete motor-driven refrigerant compressor train comprises an SV (10-7-B) centrifugal compressor and an 11MW fixed-speed electric motor.
The compressors’ first stage impeller of each process stage is equipped with adjustable inlet guide vanes for additional throughput and wide turndown at high efficiency, Siemens said.
