Initially, the firm will focus on transportation of crude oil from producing fields to refineries and terminals throughout Colombia.

Mustang will provide integrated engineering services including hydraulic system modelling, project management, procurement, environmental permitting, GIS, surveying, drafting, construction management and inspection support.
The two-year contract will include infrastructure development to support petrochemical operations and upgrade pipeline systems to enhance leak detection for increased environmental protection and security.
The agreement includes an optional two-year extension.
