Willbros Group will provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) for 45 miles of export pipelines for a new gas processing plant to be owned and operated by Occidental of Elk Hills.
The EPC contract was awarded by CB&I, which is responsible for the development of the new processing plant at the Elk Hills oil and gas field in central California, US.
