GDF Suez has signed an agreement with South Korea’s Kogas to deliver 41 cargoes of LNG to the firm.
Under the medium-term agreement GDF will deliver a total volume of 2.5 million tonnes of LNG.

The delivery will start in the fourth quarter of 2010 and continue through to 2013.
The LNG cargoes will be sourced from GDF Suez’ portfolio of LNG, representing 16.5mtpa.
Kogas, the world’s largest importer of LNG, operates the three Korean regasification terminals and 2,700km of high pressure natural gas pipelines in South Korea.
