Matrix Construction sub-contracted the detailed engineering works to Penspen.
Matrix Construction project manager Chafic Mansour: “We chose to work with Penspen because they presented a highly competent team to us, with a strong mix of skills which will complement our requirements, particularly in the instrument and control arena.
“What’s more, since Penspen had already completed excellent work on the FEED, we had confidence that they were the best team for the job.”
