SAR has been awarded an ASSE GCC HSE Excellence Award for the treatment plant for OBM drill cuttings in Kuwait.
To recognize and honor the private sector companies for their leadership, excellence and exceptional performance in the field of Health, Safety and Environment in the Gulf Region, AMERICAN SOCIETY OF SAFETY ENGINEERS – KUWAIT CHAPTER organizes ASSE-GCC HSE Excellence Award annually. The 2016 award programme was concluded with a grand award presentation ceremony on 2nd May 2016 at Hilton Resorts Kuwait.
SAR won an award for ‘Excellence in Environment’ for the SAR plant for treatment of OBM Cuttings in Abdaly, North Kuwait. The plant has been in operation since July 2015, and has a capacity to treat 26,000t of OBM drill Cuttings a year.
