Offshore Pipeline Solutions Ltd (OPS) is a young but very experienced company which specializes in the fast-track supply of the most challenging piping materials. Our specialities are large OD and heavy wall API 5L X52-X70 seamless and welded pipe; butt-weld fittings to A860 WHPY52, Y56, Y65 and Y70 and MSS SP-75 versions; high yield flanges to A694 F52,F56, F60, F65 and F70; UNS S31803 duplex - again seamless and welded, heavy wall and large OD plus a large range of austenitic stainless steels.

We have a network of mills and manufacturers which we can call upon to produce highly challenging materials in record time including additional testing without paying premium rates. Our ever expanding client base includes Single Buoy Moorings, Kuwait National Petroleum Co, Apache Energy, British Petroleum, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Allseas Engineering, Aker Kvaerner, Saudi Aramco, Exxon Mobil, Nexen Petroleum; Technip; Petronas, plus many others via Topside Constructors and EPIC

FLANGES

OPS supplies carbon steel, stainless steel and high-alloy steel flanges and flange related products for the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry.

OPS are able to have manufactured with full certification any fitting up to and including 102in within 21 working days.

FORGED FITTINGS

We supply a large range of fittings: butt-weld and forged fittings (SR/LR and XLR) elbows and bends, tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps and stub ends in carbon, stainless, corrosion resistant steels and non-ferrous alloys. Sizes range from 1/2in to 102in and according to the client's design specifications.

BUTT WELD FITTINGS

STEEL TUBES

For carbon steel tubing other grades to DIN and JIS can also be supplied at very short notice.
