Bradgate Containers - Safety and Noise Control Container Modules

Bradgate Containers is a leading supplier of safety and noise control container modules in almost every operational area in the offshore industry. Bradgate Containers has 30 years of experience in the manufacture and design of bespoke offshore-generator containers, switchgear modules, fire-rated modules, pump containers, and IP-rated enclosures.

Mild or stainless-steel offshore containers and installation

Bradgate Containers provides offshore containers destined for permanent installation on an offshore rig, which can be fabricated in mild or stainless steel to withstand the harsh conditions. Equipment can be fully protected in IP56-rated enclosures should harsh environmental conditions occur.

A0, A30, A60, H60 and H120 ratings are all available, certified in accordance with Lloyds, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Norsok appraisal as required. All offshore containers can be installed in either safe or hazardous areas, dependant on specification requirements.

Blast-resistant electrical equipment containers and modules

Bradgate Containers is experienced in producing bespoke blast-resistant containers and modules that house MV and LV switchgear, UPS, VSDs, transformers and similar electrical equipment. They can also be designed as complete substation modules.

Offshore containers with installed electrical equipment

Bradgate Containers supplies offshore containers complete with lighting, small power, fire detection, suppression, alarm systems, heating and ventilation to meet customers’ requirements and to provide a suitable environment for reliable, long-term operation of the installed equipment. They are structurally designed to be lifted and transported with electrical equipment installed, which minimises the time and testing required during site installation.

Our own engineers undertake full design and structural calculations, and can also perform physical lift tests on our designs.

Internationally certified offshore containers and modules

The right documentation is crucial to any rated module or container being accepted by international standards bodies. Therefore, Bradgate Containers has always made it a priority to supply full and accurate documentation for our offshore containers and modules.

Our offshore containers are insulated with Rockwool Firebatt 2000 and Chartek 7. Bradgate Containers is an approved applicator for the Chartek range on all in-house manufactured modules. We also design and manufacture modules to the exacting requirements of NORSOK specifications.
