Morgan Stanley will acquire a 20% capacity share from Cheniere Energy Partners’ proposed Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Louisiana, US.
The terminal is expected to produces seven million tones of LNG per year.

Under the terms of the MoU, Morgan Stanley will export or import 1.7mtpa of LNG from the proposed facility.
Cheniere Partners owns 100% of the Sabine Pass LNG terminal, which has a send-out capacity of 4.0bcf per day and storage capacity of 16.9bcfe.
