PT. Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing, a leading provider of corrosion-resistant products, celebrated the commencement of manufacturing for the South Senoro Project (Phase II) flowline materials. This event took place at Cladtek’s facility in Batam, Indonesia, marking the continuation of our valuable relationship with PT Medco and JOB Pertamina – Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi.
Benny Sidik, general manager of JOB Pertamina—Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, and Pangrukti Pinilih, Project Management Coordinator of SKK Migas, attended the event. We welcome their collaboration and shared commitment to success.
“We are pleased to partner with JOB Pertamina – Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi on this project as it not only highlights our expertise in providing reliable solutions but also underscores our commitment to supporting the growth and sustainability of the energy sector in Indonesia. Through this collaboration, we look forward to upholding and supporting domestic content through the APDN program,” said Lee Wilson, CEO of Cladtek.
The South Senoro Project (Phase II) requires 18km of Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) flowlines. Cladtek will provide a range of products, including CRA Mechanically Lined Pipes (MLP) X65/Alloy 825 in sizes 10in through 18in, along with CRA weld overlay pipe, flanges and bends. All products will be manufactured with a matched bore, allowing for perfect fit-up during installation of the flowline system. Once commissioned, the field is expected to produce until 2047, after which time the MLP can be recovered and the nickel alloy liners extracted and recycled, a key benefit of the technology.
This significant project demonstrates Cladtek’s commitment to providing corrosion-resistant solutions that deliver low operating costs, and low CO2 intensity with the highest reliability for our clients. Cladtek is a leader in corrosion-resistant piping produced using advanced additive manufacturing techniques.
