Cathie Associates’ Bruno Stuyts will be speaking at the forthcoming OPT 2016 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on 24 February.

Bruno will be talking about the latest developments in the characterisation of uplift resistance and mobilisation displacement for buried pipelines with a view of optimising pipeline cover requirements.

Working for Subsea7, improvements to current formulations and knowledge gaps have been identified. The results of these developments are supported by an extensive database of more than 300 uplift tests.
