EM&I Australia is pleased to announce that it has received NATA 17025 accreditation for non-destructive testing (NDT) services.
The latest award builds on the NATA 17020 accreditation for Inspection that the company has held for some time.
The final audit comprised a detailed review of the EM&I quality system and a site-based practical audit of the company’s technicians, which confirmed competency for a wide range of NDT methods.
EM&I general manager Asia-Pacific Stephen Blair commented: “I am pleased that we have won this accreditation, which supports our business and in particular the requirements of our BHP IMS contract.
“I am confident that we will build on this accreditation as we introduce new and exciting technologies to the Asia-Pacific operations.”
