Pacific Drilling has once again awarded EM&I a contract to deliver ODIN® UWILD services, this time starting with an ROV survey on the Pacific Sharav, a DNV GL classed drillship operating for Chevron in the Gulf of Mexico.
EM&I special projects director Graham Cross explains: "This is the 7th ODIN project for Pacific Drilling in various parts of the globe and demonstrates the strong relationship and partnership with EM&I."
Graham Bissett, EM&I GM and PM responsible for delivering the project said: "It’s very good news that Pacific Drilling recognise the added value that ODIN brings, and have trusted EM&I to deliver this on another of their ultra-deepwater drillships.
"The schedule is tight and has to fit in with a four day well maintenance programme, but we will deliver safely and on time."
