Advanced Piping Products - Composite Pipe Support Technology

Advanced Piping Products (APP) company president Caroline Reese has been honored for her achievements as the 2014 Small Business Administration (SBA) Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Carrie’s innovation, determination and exceptional leadership skills have ushered in a new era of expansion and progress at Advanced Piping Products (APP). Carrie has fostered her company’s economic growth by strengthening APP’s infrastructure and expanding its manufacturing potential. She has accomplished this by integrating state-of-the-art operations management systems and most importantly, by cultivating an environment that empowers her employees to exceed company projections, while simultaneously helping them reach their personal goals.

"I am honored to be Houston’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year! We have achieved so much in a short period of time and don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. I couldn’t have accomplished this without the help of my dedicated team. We have a young workforce, but we are willing to work hard with purpose and vision. We strive to attain our company goals by helping our clients, our community and our people reach theirs," she said.

Since Carrie became president, the company has doubled in size and is gaining forward momentum. In addition to being named Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Carrie has been awarded certifications with the WBEA (Women Business Enterprise Alliance), HUB certification (Historically Underutilized Business) and is a graduate of the Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Business Program. These strategic alliances will open new doors of opportunity and allow APP to broaden their reach into new markets.
