Added Value Engineering Consultants (AVEC) is pleased to announce that following an audit by the external BEE verification company BEE Online, the company has been awarded an accreditation of a Level 5 contributor in terms of the QSE scorecard and has an 80% procurement recognition level. This is in accordance with the Codes of Good Practice issued under Section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No 53 of 2003, 9 February 2007.
"We have worked hard to ensure that we maintain the highest level of support of BEE enterprises wherever we can and this is reflected by the current external audit. Our procurement and social development aspects are particularly strong, with the maximum points being awarded in those categories" said Marion Hughes, MD of AVEC.
