Escape Safe UK Completes the Safety Sign Refurbishment Onboard Wilphoenix MODU

Following an initial full vessel survey to determine sign types and quantities, Escape safe UK has successfully completed a safety signage turnkey refurbishment project onboard the North sea mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU) ‘Wilphoenix’. The company supplied and installed approximately 3,000 saftey signs and 500m of photo luminescent low-level escape system.

Using the top-grade MED (Marine Equipment Directive) and Lloyds-type approved photo luminescent material, which is four times brighter in darkness than ordinary class A photo luminescent material, Escape Safe completed the contract to the satisfaction of the unit’s owners.

A certificate of conformity for the photo luminescent material was issued by Escape Safe UK.
