HitecVision has announced in a news release that Well Processing just completed a private placement of NOK35m ($5.5m).

The placement was priced at an pre-money valuation NOK108m, giving HitecVision a indirect ownership of 46.5%.

Through this private placement the company has sufficient funding for commercialisation and subsequent development.
