Oceaneering Declares Quarterly Dividend

Oceaneering International announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per common share. The dividend is payable 20 September 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 31 August 2012.

Oceaneering is a global oilfield provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on deepwater applications. Through the use of its applied technology expertise, Oceaneering also serves the defence and aerospace industries.
