The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 11.69% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 24.05% share in the company’s total hiring activity in October 2021, and recorded a 1.94% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Yara International IT hiring in October 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Yara International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 63.46% in October 2021, and a 22.22% rise over September 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 24.04% in October 2021, and registered growth of 92.31%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 9.62% in October 2021, a 66.67% rise from September 2021.

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global oil & gas IT hiring activity in October 2021 with a 49.04% share, which marked a 15.91% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 44.23%, registering a 70.37% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 4.81% share and a 400% rise over September 2021.
In the fourth place was North America with a share of 1.92% and a month-on-month flat growth.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s oil & gas industry IT hiring activity with a 25% share in October 2021, an 18.18% growth over September 2021. Germany featured next with a 16.35% share, up 21.43% over the previous month. Singapore recorded an 11.54% share, an increase of 33.33% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Yara International IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 67.31%, up by 27.27% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 17.31% share, a growth of 63.64% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 15.38% share, up 128.57% over September 2021.
