Production from Aguada Pichana Este Mulichinco

The Aguada Pichana Este Mulichinco unconventional gas field recovered 86.48% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2008. The peak production was approximately 4.38 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 467 Mmcfd of natural gas and 2.51 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2038. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 72.04 Mmboe, comprised of 0.79 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 421.53 bcf of natural gas reserves and 0.99 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves.
