The oil and gas production of American Natural Energy declined 26.71% in August 2021 from 380.51 boe/d in August 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 132.7% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 14.59% to 237.35 bd in August 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 60% to 0.24 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 174.4% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 16.41%. Out of the total oil and gas production in August 2021, oil production held an 85.11% share, while gas production held a 14.84% share.


Looking at the states where American Natural Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in August 2021, Louisiana figured at the top, accounting for a 1.41% share. The company produced 274.99 boe/d in the state in August 2021, a decrease of 8.17% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 2,924 boe/d in Louisiana in 2021, recording an increase of 130.05% from the same period in 2020.



American Natural Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in St. Charles county in August 2021. Out of all the counties, St. Charles county held a share of 98.61% for the firm. The company produced 274.99 boe/d in St. Charles county in August 2021, a decrease of 8.17% in production when compared with the previous month.
