Arab Gas (Phase III), Jordan

Arab Gas (Phase III) is a 320km-long onshore pipeline project operated by Syrian Gas. This gas pipeline, with a maximum diameter of 36 inches, starts at Irbid (Jordan) and ends in Homs (Syria).

The Arab Gas (Phase III) project started operations in 2008 and is owned by Syrian Gas.


The Arab Gas (Phase III) project is associated with the 30km Syria–Lebanon.

Syrian Gas Co (SGC) is a state-owned oil exploration and production company. The company provides wide network of clean gas transmission lines exceeding 2500 kilometres in different diameters. It has a large network of gas collection systems and a range of assembly stations and pressure-lift stations. SGC operates national gas coordination center for the management and operation of the gas transmission network. The company also implements in investment in the field of gas resources. SGC is headquartered in Damascus, Syria.
