The Bakken (Marathon Oil Corporation) ND unconventional oil field recovered 44.64% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2022. The peak production was approximately 103.57 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 88 Mmcfd of natural gas and 14.62 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2047.
