Berry Oil recorded a decrease of 10.29% in total oil and gas production to 3,737.41 boe/d in July 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Berry Oil grew 12.52% in July 2021 from 3,321.62 boe/d in July 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 1.04% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 8.19% to 1,683.23 bd in July 2021 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 11.91% to 11.91 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 1.26% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 3.05%. Out of the total oil and gas production in July 2021, oil production held a 45.04% share, while gas production held a 54.94% share.


Looking at the states where Berry Oil recorded the highest oil and gas production in July 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 3,737.41 boe/d in the state in July 2021, a decrease of 10.29% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 27,435.86 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording an increase of 1.04% from the same period in 2020.



Berry Oil witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Ector county in July 2021. Out of all the counties, Ector county held a share of 51.29% for the firm. The company produced 1,916.89 boe/d in Ector county in July 2021, a decrease of 1.6% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 12,918.75 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 44.4% increase from the same period in 2020.
