Charro Operating records 4.03% decrease in production in September 2021

Charro Operating recorded a decrease of 4.03% in total oil and gas production to 1,236.12 boe/d in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Charro Operating grew 39.66% in September 2021 from 885.07 boe/d in September 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 11.36% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 4.41% to 111.47 bd in September 2021 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 3.87% to 6.21 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 11.51% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 14.79%. Out of the total oil and gas production in September 2021, oil production held a 9.02% share, while gas production held an 86.62% share.

Looking at the states where Charro Operating recorded the highest oil and gas production in September 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 1,236.12 boe/d in the state in September 2021, a decrease of 4.03% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 10,609.51 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording an increase of 11.36% from the same period in 2020.



Charro Operating witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Jim Hogg county in September 2021. Out of all the counties, Jim Hogg county held a share of 77.71% for the firm. The company produced 960.54 boe/d in Jim Hogg county in September 2021, a decrease of 6.18% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 8,260.89 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 13.55% increase from the same period in 2020.
