Exxon Mobil recorded an increase of 1.12% in total oil and gas production to 1,417,780.77 boe/d in October 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of Exxon Mobil grew 18.75% in October 2021 from 1,193,960.87 boe/d in October 2020.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 15.82% from the same period in 2020.
The company’s oil production grew 1.29% to 598,536.52 bd in October 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 1.04% to 4,723.48 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 13.88% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 17.32%. Out of the total oil and gas production in October 2021, oil production held a 42.22% share, while gas production held a 57.44% share.
Looking at the states where Exxon Mobil recorded the highest oil and gas production in October 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for an 18.1% share. The company produced 699,831.31 boe/d in the state in October 2021, an increase of 2.31% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 6,271,176.15 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording a decrease of 44.75% from the same period in 2020.
Exxon Mobil witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Eddy county in October 2021. Out of all the counties, Eddy county held a share of 16.45% for the firm. The company produced 233,265.88 boe/d in Eddy county in October 2021, an increase of 3.58% in production when compared with the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the county produced 1,857,924.64 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 47.91% increase from the same period in 2020.
