Glein is a conventional gas development located in shallow water in the UK and is operated by IOG North Sea. Discovered in 1994, Glein lies in block 48/11c ALL and 48/12b ALL, with water depth of around 130 feet.
The project is currently in feasibility stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2023. The Glein conventional gas development will involve the drilling of approximately three wells and includes satellite platform and subsea trees.

Production from Glein
Production from the Glein conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2023 and is forecast to peak in 2023, to approximately 67 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2054.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 21.2 Mmboe, comprised of 127.2 bcf of natural gas reserves.
