Manning Cayon Shale witnessed an increase of 0.37% in total oil and gas production to 19,021.31 boe/d in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production in Manning Cayon declined 0.43% in September 2021 from 19,103.31 boe/d in September 2020. On a YTD basis, the total oil and gas production in the play decreased by 6.05% from the same period in 2020.
In Manning Cayon, oil production grew 0.63% in September 2021 as compared with the previous month, while gas production decreased by 0.07% to 41.43 mmcf/d.
On a YTD basis, oil production in the play decreased by 7.28% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production declined by 3.81%. Out of the total oil and gas production in September 2021, oil held a 62.44% share, while gas had a 37.55% share.
In Manning Cayon, ELK Operating Services emerged as the largest oil and gas producer, recording a total oil and gas production at 11,265.51 boe/d in September 2021, a decrease of 0.23% from the previous month. The company held a 65.07% share in oil production and 49.51% share in gas production in September 2021.
