NorthWestern recorded an increase of 0.98% in total oil and gas production to 2,506 boe/d in August 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of NorthWestern declined 4.12% in August 2021 from 2,613.63 boe/d in August 2020.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 6.35% from the same period in 2020.
The company’s oil production grew 39.62% to 19.77 bd in August 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 0.77% to 14.42 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 0.77% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production declined by 6.37%. Out of the total oil and gas production in August 2021, oil production held a 0.79% share, while gas production held a 99.21% share.
Looking at the states where NorthWestern recorded the highest oil and gas production in August 2021, Montana figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 2,506 boe/d in the state in August 2021, an increase of 0.98% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 19,977.74 boe/d in Montana in 2021, recording a decrease of 6.35% from the same period in 2020.
NorthWestern witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Blaine county in August 2021. Out of all the counties, Blaine county held a share of 48.95% for the firm. The company produced 1,226.6 boe/d in Blaine county in August 2021, an increase of 1.25% in production when compared with the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the county produced 9,827.87 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 5.52% decrease from the same period in 2020.
