Novokuibyshev Oil Refinery (Novokuibyshev) is a Russia based crude oil refining company. The company is a subsidiary of OJSC Rosneft Oil Company. Crude oil distillation capacity of the refinery is 8.0 mln tons (58.5 mln barrels) per year. The refinery processes West Siberian crude (produced by Yuganskneftegaz) as well as feedstock from Rosneft’s oil fields in the Samara region. The plant’s deep conversion facilities include catalytic cracking, delayed coking, catalytic reforming, and kerosene and diesel fuel hydro treatment units; bitumen production and gas fractioning units; and gasoline blending facilities.
