Oasis Petroleum recorded an increase of 1.8% in total oil and gas production to 90,481.98 boe/d in August 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of Oasis Petroleum declined 15.7% in August 2021 from 107,337.97 boe/d in August 2020.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 17.65% from the same period in 2020.
The company’s oil production grew 2.01% to 53,563.16 bd in August 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 1.51% to 214.13 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 22.45% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production declined by 9.58%. Looking at the states where Oasis Petroleum recorded the highest oil and gas production in August 2021, North Dakota figured at the top, accounting for an 18.2% share. The company produced 73,982.25 boe/d in the state in August 2021, an increase of 1.05% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 653,306.04 boe/d in North Dakota in 2021, recording a decrease of 28.67% from the same period in 2020.
