Production from Acordionero
The Acordionero heavy oil field recovered 29.87% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2018. The peak production was approximately 18.73 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2058. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 86.51 Mmboe, comprised of 86.51 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Acordionero heavy oil field reserves accounts 0.20% of total remaining reserves of producing heavy oil fields globally.
