The Arun conventional gas field recovered 99.76% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1989. The peak production was approximately 130.00 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 3,481.00 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2026. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 11.75 Mmboe, comprised of 0.82 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 65.61 bcf of natural gas reserves.
