Barra is a conventional oil development located in ultra-deepwater in Brazil and is operated by Petroleo Brasileiro. Production from Barra
Production from the Barra conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2026 and is forecast to peak in 2027, to approximately 25,005 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 15 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2047.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 61.03 Mmboe, comprised of 53.60 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 44.59 bcf of natural gas reserves.
