Maka Central is a conventional oil development located in deepwater in Suriname and is operated by Total E&P Suriname. Production from Maka Central
Production from the Maka Central conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2025 and is forecast to peak in 2026, to approximately 65,693 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 19 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2060.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 343.28 Mmboe, comprised of 327.61 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 94.03 bcf of natural gas reserves.
