The San Martin-Cashiriari Complex conventional gas field recovered 50.90% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2022. The peak production was approximately 785.00 Mmcfd of natural gas and 45.70 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2052. The field currently accounts for approximately 50% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 777.33 Mmboe, comprised of 3,460.32 bcf of natural gas reserves and 200.61 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. San Martin-Cashiriari Complex conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.27% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
