Production from South Pars Phase 14
The South Pars Phase 14 conventional gas field recovered 22.38% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2019. The peak production was approximately 84.70 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 1,940.00 Mmcfd of natural gas and 46.19 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2057. The field currently accounts for approximately 5% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 2,545.32 Mmboe, comprised of 238.68 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 11,730.74 bcf of natural gas reserves and 351.51 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. South Pars Phase 14 conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.87% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
