Production from South West Ampa

The South West Ampa conventional gas field recovered 99.77% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1973. The peak production was approximately 125.80 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 676.00 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2026. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 6.65 Mmboe, comprised of 6.65 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
