Pacific Coast Energy records 5.75% increase in production in July 2021

Pacific Coast Energy recorded an increase of 5.75% in total oil and gas production to 2,215.72 boe/d in July 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Pacific Coast Energy grew 35.11% in July 2021 from 1,639.94 boe/d in July 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 4.1% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production grew 5.32% to 1,968.29 bd in July 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 9.92% to 1.44 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 3.47% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 9.81%. Out of the total oil and gas production in July 2021, oil production held an 88.83% share, while gas production held an 11.2% share.


Looking at the states where Pacific Coast Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in July 2021, California figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 2,215.72 boe/d in the state in July 2021, an increase of 5.75% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 14,413.46 boe/d in California in 2021, recording an increase of 4.1% from the same period in 2020.



Pacific Coast Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Santa Barbara county in July 2021. Out of all the counties, Santa Barbara county held a share of 89.27% for the firm. The company produced 1,978.08 boe/d in Santa Barbara county in July 2021, an increase of 6.88% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 12,913.68 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 10.31% increase from the same period in 2020.
