PDC Energy recorded an increase of 2.04% in total oil and gas production to 2,08,152.06 boe/d in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of PDC Energy grew 12.11% in February 2022 from 1,85,661.09 boe/d in February 2021.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 7.68% from the same period in 2021.
The company’s oil production grew 5.91% to 71,697.67 bd in February 2022 from the previous month, while gas production up by 0.89% to 749.52 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 11.49% in 2022 when compared with the same period in 2021, while gas production rose by 5.42%. Out of the total oil and gas production in February 2022, oil production held a 34.44% share, while gas production held a 62.08% share.
Looking at the states where PDC Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in February 2022, Colorado figured at the top, accounting for a 16.24% share. The company produced 1,79,071.25 boe/d in the state in February 2022, an increase of 4.08% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 3,51,126.19 boe/d in Colorado in 2022, recording a decrease of 8.26% from the same period in 2021.
PDC Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Weld county in February 2022. Out of all the counties, Weld county held a share of 86.03% for the firm. The company produced 1,79,071.19 boe/d in Weld county in February 2022, an increase of 4.08% in production when compared with the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the county produced 3,51,125.77 boe/d for the company in 2022, a 5.05% increase from the same period in 2021.
