Pennsylvania witnessed an increase of 1.25% in total oil and gas production to 38,33,571.74 boe/d in December 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production grew 4.43% in December 2021 from 36,70,991.48 boe/d in December 2020. On a YTD basis, the total oil and gas production in 2021 increased by 5.89% from the same period in 2020.
In December 2021, oil production declined 3.76% to 2,187.21 bd as against the previous month, while gas production up by 1.31% to 22,135.12 mmcf/d.
On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 15.09% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 5.88%. Out of the total oil and gas production in December 2021, oil held a 0.06% share, while gas had a 99.55% share.
