Petco Energy recorded an increase of 21.28% in total oil and gas production to 1,323.19 boe/d in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of Petco Energy grew 17.76% in February 2022 from 1,123.62 boe/d in February 2021.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 10.42% from the same period in 2021.
The company’s oil production grew 24.22% to 1,241.64 bd in February 2022 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 11.32% to 0.47 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 9.28% in 2022 when compared with the same period in 2021, while gas production rose by 26.58%. Out of the total oil and gas production in February 2022, oil production held a 93.84% share, while gas production held a 6.12% share.
Looking at the states where Petco Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in February 2022, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 792.3 boe/d in the state in February 2022, an increase of 33.04% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 1,387.82 boe/d in Texas in 2022, recording a decrease of 36.52% from the same period in 2021.
Petco Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Gray county in February 2022. Out of all the counties, Gray county held a share of 58.7% for the firm. The company produced 776.75 boe/d in Gray county in February 2022, an increase of 34.13% in production when compared with the previous month.
