Phoenix Hydrocarbons Operating records 4.03% increase in production in February 2022

Phoenix Hydrocarbons Operating recorded an increase of 4.03% in total oil and gas production to 173.15 boe/d in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Phoenix Hydrocarbons Operating grew 14.94% in February 2022 from 150.65 boe/d in February 2021.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 5.67% from the same period in 2021.

The company’s oil production grew 15.63% to 18.12 bd in February 2022 from the previous month, while gas production up by 2.38% to 0.86 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 116.88% in 2022 when compared with the same period in 2021, while gas production declined by 7.61%. Out of the total oil and gas production in February 2022, oil production held a 10.46% share, while gas production held an 85.63% share.


Looking at the states where Phoenix Hydrocarbons Operating recorded the highest oil and gas production in February 2022, New Mexico figured at the top, accounting for a 65.73% share. The company produced 104.48 boe/d in the state in February 2022, an increase of 1.8% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 207.11 boe/d in New Mexico in 2022, recording a decrease of 42.47% from the same period in 2021.



Phoenix Hydrocarbons Operating witnessed the highest oil and gas production in San Juan county in February 2022. Out of all the counties, San Juan county held a share of 60.34% for the firm. The company produced 104.48 boe/d in San Juan county in February 2022, an increase of 1.8% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 207.11 boe/d for the company in 2022, a 7.34% decrease from the same period in 2021.
