Ring Energy recorded a decrease of 3.99% in total oil and gas production to 9,460.96 boe/d in August 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.
The oil and gas production of Ring Energy grew 30.6% in August 2021 from 7,244.01 boe/d in August 2020.
On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 20.69% from the same period in 2020.
The company’s oil production declined 4.86% to 8,319.01 bd in August 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 2.8% to 6.62 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 22.1% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 11.32%. Out of the total oil and gas production in August 2021, oil production held an 87.93% share, while gas production held a 12.06% share.
Looking at the states where Ring Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in August 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 8,957.31 boe/d in the state in August 2021, a decrease of 5.13% from the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the company produced 65,042.21 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording an increase of 15.45% from the same period in 2020.
Ring Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Yoakum county in August 2021. Out of all the counties, Yoakum county held a share of 43.22% for the firm. The company produced 4,089.2 boe/d in Yoakum county in August 2021, a decrease of 16.3% in production when compared with the previous month.
On a YTD basis, the county produced 31,779.08 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 34.05% increase from the same period in 2020.
