The 390km-long, upcoming Sakhalin–Khabarovsk–Vladivostok Expansion project will be operated by Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk. This onshore, gas pipeline, with a maximum diameter of 48 inches, will start in Khabarovsk Krai (Russia) and ends in Khabarovsk Krai (Russia).

The Sakhalin–Khabarovsk–Vladivostok Expansion project is expected to commence operations in 2022 and will be owned by Gazprom.


The Sakhalin–Khabarovsk–Vladivostok Expansion project is associated with the 1000km Power of Siberia 1 (Russia Section-III).
