Located in Gangwon-do in South Korea, the Samcheok regasification terminal is operated by Korea Gas. The terminal started operations in 2014 and is owned by Korea Gas.
With a storage capacity of 1.2 million tons (Mt), the Samcheok terminal currently has a regasification capacity of 522.44bcf/annum (billion cubic feet), which is expected remain the same as 522.44bcf/annum by 2030.
